This morning, after my workout, I had a wonderful iced skim chai tea latte and a bran muffin.

The raisin bran muffin was just a bit too dry for me. Also, I’m not a fan of raisins, so I have no idea why I got it in the first place. I only ate a bit of it before wrapping it up for later. The iced skim chai latte, though, was great! I usually have food cycles — I will love something so much that I’ll eat it over and over again until, inevitably, I tire of it. Usually, I just need a break, so the food will find its way back into my rotation eventually.
